History of the Underground Video Network
1992 – Richard’s Underground Video Network premiers live on February 14th, on Kenton’s (Ohio) local access channel 12. It run’s until 1995 with the last show being broadcasted on Lima’s (Ohio) channel 11.
1999 – www.undergroundvideonetwork.com goes online.
2000 – Underground Video Network returns to Kenton’s (Ohio) local access channel with a short run. Featuring: KFW and Demolition Derby Action
2002 – UVN premiers on Lima’s (Ohio) local access channel. Featuring: Behind the Counter (taped at the Comic Connection).
It runs until September 2005.
2005 – Behind the Counter start reruns plus never aired episodes on Google Video and are embedded on our main site.
2006 - Behind the Counter @ Alter Ego Comics (5 episodes mini-series) - first videos on youtube
2006 - UVN: Behind the Counter new episodes start on main site (November)
2007 - First field interview episodes coverage from Pack Rat Comics 2nd anniversary celebration.
2008 - We start weekly episodes of UVN: Behind the Counter posted every Monday.
2009 - We set up at our first table for a comic book convention - S.P.A.C.E. 2009.
2009 - We added "Level 1 Games" vidcast to the main site http://www.youtube.com/L1Games
2009 - We added the web comic series "New Comic Day" to the main site.
2009 - December we started production on new show titled "Geek Street" with Bill and Frank.
2010 - With episode 163 UVN: Behind the Counter returns to recording @ Alter Ego Comics (Lima, Ohio)
2010 - November we launched our first mini-comic "Cosmic Zoq" at Mid-Ohio-Con 2010
2010 - December we posted the first three episodes of "NCD Live" based on the web comic series "New Comic Day"
2011 - "UVN Live" streamed two panels from S.P.A.C.E. 2011 live on the main site using ustream.tv
2011 - Released the second mini-comic "Fireball 10" at S.P.A.C.E. 2011
2011 - We added the podcast "Discussions with Decapitated Dan" to main site.
2011 - "UVN Live" steamed from Champion City Comic Con live on the main site using ustream.tv
2011 - We added the podcast "The RaynMan Power Hour" to main site.
2011 - "Graphic November Giveaway" featuring four live shows
